Notice on the Capital Reduction

iBody Inc. hereby announces its capital reduction as follows.
1. Purpose of the Capital Reduction
iBody reduced its capital to ensure the flexibility and agility of the Company’s capital policy based on the provisions of Article 447 of the Companies Act.
2. Outline of the Capital Reduction
(1) Amount of the reduced capital
The amount of the capital was reduced by 59,944,500 yen to 100,000,000 yen.
(2) Method of capital reduction
The same amount as the reduced capital was transferred to capital surplus.
